And I REALLY appreciate and admire the way you showed courage and honesty by admitting a mistake had accidentally occurred on your end , and not lie and blame others or make excuses. Every consumer service company will have a small percentage of order mistakes (My own business included,) No human or computer system is perfect ALL too often this kind of thing quickly escalates where the customer is mad, cussing you in emails, and calling their cc company for a charge back. I received my order yesterday, 02/05/10, about 15 days after shipment. The order is perfect, and the medication Venlafaxine works great. We are retired, with no health insurance, so we are grateful to find a pharmacy with such reasonable prices.
